Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Shipping (5–10 business days): Free on orders over $50; $4.99 for orders under $50
- Expedited Shipping (2–5 business days): $12.99
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@swiftship.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.
